Metropolitan Housing Trust is one of the largest housing providers in the UK, managing over 38,000 properties.

Premier Lifts provide maintenance, repairs and a 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency call out service for their home lifts, stair lifts and through floor units in various locations across Greater London.

Regularly, Metropolitan Housing Managers and Premier Lifts Management Team regularly attend ‘contract liaison meetings’ to discuss KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and any contractual issues that may arise with the Clients/Tenants associations.

As part of our ‘Added Value’ service:

  • Premier Lifts undertakes a ‘pre-site survey’ to identify any potential challenges
  • Our engineers are kitted out in appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and have visual ID for when entering each premises
  • Health & Hygiene practises are put into place during each visit into individuals homes
  • The Company is mindful of language barriers and is aware of the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act)
  • Annual RAMS (Risk and Method Statements) are carried out
