Service Maintenance

Premier Lifts acquired the contract for the provision of Maintenance, Inspections, Repairs and Breakdowns in 14 Schools & Disability Day Centres within the Borough of Tower Hamlets.  
 
We initially receive a call from the council help desk, this would be followed up by an order with the client’s information, on receiving this information our breakdown personnel would liaise directly with the Building’s manager to arrange a suitable date and time to attend.  In most cases the calls are urgent and would need us to attend the same day in which case we still arrange a convenient time with the client.

We also arrange appointments directly with the Building’s manager for maintenance visits, our data base contains all the necessary names and contact information that is needed to complete the task.  We have developed this arrangement with our client to provide an improved personal flexible service that is customer focused.
