The client has a diverse portfolio of London properties. After a successful tendering process we were awarded the contract to completely modernise one of the lifts within a multi occupied office building in central London.  

Due to the nature of the building, the client was keen to establish a good line of communication with the tenants. This involved entering details and dates on the building notice board and hand delivering these details to each tenant.

The finishes and details specified by the client took a great deal of preparation and planning. The whole building was being refurbished involving several other trades; this posed other problems regarding access.  A spokesperson from Lazari Investments commented: "The deadline for completion was met, the final product was impressive and has performed very well since. Liaising with a small, effective management team at Premier Lifts has been a real advantage.  Any issues are dealt with promptly with the minimum of fuss.”
